Sarah has over 10 years of experience in providing customer service, having worked in similar roles at various companies in the UK and Australia, including Expedia, eBay, LivingSocial and Swarovski.
She joins CrowdProperty from Wesleyan, where she was responsible for customer experience improvements and operational management initiatives in her role as customer operations change lead.
Commenting on her appointment, Sarah said: “CrowdProperty’s dedication to providing real value to its customers is what attracted me to the role and I’m excited to be joining at such a transformative time for the business.
